The apartment has it's own personal entrance. This is to the rear of the building up a spiral staircase leading to a balcony and sliding entrance door. This entrance is not suitable for people who are unable to climb steps.

The accommodation has 3 rooms arranged with 6 single beds plus a double bed and a put-u-up.

It splits as 2 singles in a room off the main bedroom / en-suite. There is a separating door to this room making it private.

The main bedroom / en-suite has a double bed with single bunk over and a separate single bed. This room houses the shower room / toilet.

The lounge area has 2 further beds with space for the put-u-up,so at a push. 9  people can sleep.  It has TV, dining table, full kitchen facilities,washing machine,  fridge, freezer, iron etc.
