Room availability  held spacifically for Block bookings negotiated at special rates and /or specific dates and duration of stay are fixed and form part of a complete contract price. 

 A deposit is required when booking usually the first weeks stay,and all deposits  taken  cannot be refunded.

 All  payments are charged in advance of the stay and are not refundable unless the establishment chooses to terminate the contract agreement for any reason.  Non payment returns the contract agreement back to our standard rates as shown in our current years rates page.

 In the case of the client terminating the contract agreement then the full contract price is payable. At the discretion of Minster B&B, some or all of the  payable balance outstanding of the contract price, subject to a cancellation fee, might be credited.

Fixtures and fittings are to be kept in a servicable condition during your stay and any damage or misuse will be the responsibilty of the guests, and charges will apply for their repair or replacement.

All bookings are deemed to have been accepted by us in the knowledge that our terms and conditions have been read and understood.
